在聖托里尼這個夢幻的希臘小島居住的第四年，終於有一家好吃又健康的早午餐，且咖啡豆是聖島唯一一家使用雅典當地獨立烘豆師新鮮烘出的豆子，不像其他咖啡館都是使用義大利的工廠大品牌，早午餐光看菜單就可以看出他們的用心，不僅盡量使用新鮮當地食材，醬料或料理也都是手作，減少不健康的添加物，甚至是當地少數沒有賣可樂和雪碧的餐廳，取而代之的是他們自製的薑蜜氣泡飲和Karma氣泡飲（添加了新鮮小黃瓜和後花園薄荷葉）

In the 4th years of living in my dreamy Greek island of Santorini, I finally found a delicious and healthy brunch. The coffee beans were the only one freshly roast by local independent coffee roaster in Athens. Unlike most of other cafes use the factory brands from Italy. You can see their intentions by looking at the brunch menu. Not only try to use fresh local ingredients, but the sauces or dishes are also hand-made, reducing unhealthy additives. Don’t sell cola and sprite, but replaced by their homemade ginger lemon soda drinks and Karma soda drinks (added fresh cucumber and fresh mint )

Homemade brewed flavoured liquors are made from fresh Greek bio seasonal fruits or local quilty goods infused for more than one month.

One thing is that during the high season jun- August you have to make a booking because people really love this place !! The service is one of a kind and what makes this place special are the unique traditional Greek recipes cooked by the master chef
